In order to speak to a nurse and get your DoctorsNote, you will need to purchase notes for each day that you were sick and require a note. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a verification code on your order confirmation page.
You will find your verification code on the order confirmation page after successfully checking out. You can also login to your account after an order and retrieve your verification code under your order history. You will also receive an email with an order confirmation that also includes your verification code in the email.
Chat With Nurses
If you have an iPhone or iPad and would like to chat with a nurse, please download the DoctorsNote LLC app from the App Store on your device.
If you have an Android device we recommend downloading Chrome Browser from the Google Play Store to ensure the best experience possible on your device.
Billing and Payments
In order to receive your DoctorsNote you must have agreed to each of the terms on the order page. Failure to do so will prevent you from successfully checking out. After a successful order, you must still meet with the nurse via video on Mac, PC, iOS, or Android.
You must also confirm that you are no longer sick when speaking to a nurse and after the nurse has confirmed you are healthy your DoctorsNote will be sent to the email you provided in your order. If you didn’t receive your note, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to find your verification code please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We understand life gets busy. So long as you have your verification code you can start a chat with a nurse when you’re available.
Patients have 24 hours to use their verification code before the order is canceled and the payment is refunded to the original method of payment. If your order was refunded, and you would like to place another order you may do so.
